More than 175 women participated in this new workshop series featuring multiple panelists from different types of industries and businesses. The half-day format included a fireside chat to frame the issue followed by two panels with networking schedule before and during each event. This framework delivered value for everyone in two ways: participants could learn at least one key thing they can do that is relevant to increasing their likelihood of succeeding too and had ample opportunity to meet and exchange contact information so they can follow up with at least one person after the event.
